It has been a wonderful experience so far. The care taken and attention given by Dr. Azeem Lakha and his able team led by Angelique Johnson - right from the day one (6/14) - had indeed been very professional and compassionate for a senior citizen like me. Dr. Brian Lee - Anesthesiologist had got in touch me a day earlier to get first hand information about my current medical condition and to alleviate any apprehension that I may have about the procedure. to be done on 8/1. I had followed the instructions given, particularly to have the last meal by 9.00 pm and to consume minimal water thereafter - just to take the medicines. The procedure on 8/1 was precise and smooth. The bleeding had stopped with in about four hours. The anesthetic after effects and numbness went off thereafter. Both Angelique and Dr. Lakha did call - with in five hours of the procedure - to enquire whether the recovery is satisfactory and to ensure that there are no complications. After five doses of antibiotics and pain killer - prescribed by Dr. Lakha - the swelling and pain had started to subside. The dietary recommendations given were followed. It is nearing thirty six hours of the procedure. The pain s bearable. Swelling is almost over. As strictly advised by Dr. Lakha, my wife Radha keeps an hawk's eye and ensures that I take the medicines in time. So far, so good. Looking forward to the first review on 8/8. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed June of 2014 and I was super nervous. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Baird because if you are nervous, he will put you at ease. I remember Dr. Baird sticking a needle in my arm to start my surgery and I was out and when I woke up I was numb but I had four less teeth. That night Dr. Baird himself called my house phone to see how I was doing. Not many other Dr.s do that. I healed in less than a week. I was expecting my recovery to go much longer but thanks to Dr. Baird and his team I healed faster than I expected.

I can't say I'm "happy" to have had an emergency tooth extraction, but I feel like it went as well as possible. I totally credit that to Dr. Baird and the rest of the staff. I hope I never need to see them again, but if I do I won't hesitate to go back!

Dr. Lakha and his staff assistants have a great compassion for the patient. He cares about your health and if implants will work with a older woman with Osteoporosis. Giving me advise on vitamins & proper dieting. My surgery was completed and still healing with progress. I believe from bottom of my heart he is a great oral surgeon.
